        Note

Notes The find was removed in a plaster jacket to Chesterfield Lodge and remained there until moved to the Norwich Castle Museum Study Centre (Shirehall) in October 2015. There it remained until the preparation began, undertaken by Jonathan St ewart and Martin Warren on two occasions under the supervision of David Waterhouse. Waterhouse asked if MRW would stop attending so that DW could tutor JS alone. Jon Stewart stopped attending due to lack of supervision by DW. Work on the skull has not progressed to my knowledge to the present day (7.5.2022). The preparation of the underside (as preserved in the ground) was able to confirm that a fair amount of the skull was present, including part of the eye socket and nasal septu m, partial cranium and toothrows.
